As regular (paying) member, you will be allowed to ask up to 5 questions per month to a CPA of your choice, from OTC listing Read the section on How It Works to get a better idea to get the best advantage from OTC OTC will allow you an opportunity to test-drive a relationship with a CPA If you like a CPA that you met on OTC, you are welcome to establish a client-CPA relationship with that CPA without any obligation to OTC All professional advice provided on OTC is by the respective individual CPA. OTC as a facilitator, is not in the position to endorse any of the advices offered by CPAs on OTC You acknowledge that individual tax situations vary and would require special detailed appointments and reviews with CPAs for proper detailed advice and OTC service does not substitute for such service You agree to release OTC from all liabilities, whatsoever, for any damages caused by any of the advice provided by individual CPAs on OTC OTC is a only a facilitator site to help taxpayers ask some general questions and can not, and does not, take the place of individual dedicated consulting with qualified and experienced CPAs
